wooden face massage instrument - Yin rake

Yin rake nº416

Soothing and serenity by calming the nervous system with the Yin rake nº416.
The first step of this treatment is to offer the nervous system what it needs most: calm.
Take the Yin rake and begin to rake the skull gently, from the forehead to the nape, in slow and enveloping movements. About fifty passes are enough to feel the tension gradually dissolve.
Do not forget the sides of the skull (temples and lateral areas), repeating the same soothing movement.
Its naturally refreshing yin effect acts like a hand placed with kindness on the head, inviting the mind to slow down and the body to let go.
A simple, almost meditative gesture, that lays the foundations of the entire protocol to come.

facial acupressure massage roller - Little yin-yang hammer

Little-hammer yin-yang nº128

Balance and release by stimulating reflex points on the forehead
with the Little-hammer yin-yang nº128.
The second step targets with precision two key points located on the forehead, the bqc·points 124· and 34·.
With the rubber tip of the Little-hammer, apply about thirty light taps on each of these points.
The gesture is gentle, almost trivial yet remarkably effective. There is no need to press hard (the subtlety of the gesture makes all the difference); it is the precise stimulation of these reflex zones (kidneys and gallbladder) that produces a deeply relaxing effect on the nervous system.
The body understands the message and begins to release what it was holding.

natural beauty face massager - Small rake - Yin cylinder

Mini-rake - Yin cylinder nº219

Freedom and lightness for a soothing treatment to take anywhere
with the Mini-rake – Yin cylinder nº219
This one, you never put down. Compact, discreet, always in the bag, the Mini-rake – Yin cylinder is the ideal emergency tool as soon as the nervous system begins to tense.
At the first signs of irritability, pick up the little rake and gently massage the temples and forehead, from top to bottom, in slow and soothing movements.
A few back-and-forth movements are enough to feel the pressure dissolve.
And if you feel heat rising (that inner warmth so recognisable when anger is brewing), turn the tool over. The brass cylinder then works gently on the liver reflex zone (on the right cheek, at the height of the nose wing), where buried angers tend to accumulate.
Its refreshing yin effect acts like a breath of fresh air on overflowing emotions.
Yang then yin, tension then soothing. In a few stolen gestures, balance returns.

Stress and uncertainty management

Stress and uncertainty about the future provoke diffuse anxiety and mental dispersion. Dien Chan proposes a holistic approach by first harmonising the nervous system before treating specific emotional blockages. This non-invasive and rapid method makes it possible to regulate the general state and prepare the ground for more targeted treatments, thus promoting letting go and the patient's receptivity.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between hepatic irritability and cardiac irritability?

Hepatic irritability (Wood) tends to be explosive and linked to blockages (repressed anger, frustration). Cardiac irritability (Fire) is more agitated, accompanied by inner restlessness, palpitations or heightened emotional sensitivity. Facial acupressure diagnosis helps identify the predominant imbalance.

Is this treatment suitable for people with bipolar disorder or who are very emotional?

Acupressure can be a gentle and natural support as a complement to appropriate medical or psychological follow-up. Its non-invasive and soothing nature makes it accessible to everyone. However, for bipolar disorders or psychiatric conditions, it is essential to work in coordination with your healthcare professionals.
