The authentic Dien Chan multireflex tools are handcrafted with the greatest care from noble and living materials such as natural horn or precious wood.
Each piece is unique: its hues, slight asymmetries or variations in texture are part of its authenticity and do not constitute defects, but rather the magic and mystery of natural material.
We apply very rigorous quality control before each dispatch. However, if a tool presents a genuine manufacturing defect (for example, a joint that comes loose), we undertake to replace it free of charge.

— A close-up photo of the defect you consider unacceptable.
— A photo of the packaging if it arrived damaged.
After validation by our quality department, we will send you a replacement tool at our expense.
✉️ Return of the defective tool
— If you are in Europe, we will simply ask you — if it is no trouble — to return the defective tool in a simple envelope (non-registered post).
— If you are outside Europe, we will decide together whether the return is necessary.
🕰️ Warranty period
Tools are guaranteed for 12 months from receipt. Beyond this, a crack or damage is generally due to use or storage conditions and will therefore not be covered.

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason.
Items must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, unused). Return costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

The liability of Multireflex m.e. cannot be engaged in the event of misuse of the tools. As our handcrafted tools are unique, slight variations in texture or colour (natural materials) are not considered as defects.
