Recommended tools
Yin-yang roller nº206
Targeted treatment of the hepatic reflex zone with the Yin-yang roller nº206.
First, listen to your liver.
Is it tired, cold, without energy? Or on the contrary overheated, irritable, tense?
— The answer determines the choice of tip.
If the liver is tired or cold, roll the small yang ball in real horn over the right cheek (hepatic reflex zone) to warm and energise it.
— If on the contrary it is overheating or irritability dominates, turn the tool over and let the yin roller disperse the accumulated heat and soothe the tension.
In both cases, fifty delicate back-and-forth movements for two minutes suffice to send the liver the signal it needs.
Yang or yin, the Yin-yang roller always adapts to what your body expresses.
Comet nº133
The reflex drainage for deep purification with the Comet nº133.
After working on the hepatic reflex zone, it is time for reflex drainage. This step is essential: it provokes the natural elimination of the toxins mobilised in the previous step by working multi-reflexologically on the reflex zones of the lymphatic system (this precious network that collects and eliminates the body’s waste).
Its stylus, thicker than a standard detector, allows the reflex drainage protocol to be applied in a yang and dynamic way, without ever irritating the most delicate skin.
For skins that heat up easily or show redness, turn the tool over and use the yin end equipped with its three cooling rods for optimum comfort.
Designed for fine and sensitive skins, the Comet is the ideal ally for all detox treatments and the rebalancing of the lymphatic system. Results are felt from the first sessions.
Little-hammer yin-yang nº128
Do you already have some grounding in Dien Chan and want to go even further in this detox protocol? This step is made for you.
With the rubber tip of the Little-hammer, stimulate precisely the bqc·points of drainage 58· 52· to support the filtration functions of the liver, then 50· 41· to tonify it in depth.
Continue with bqc·point 1· to revigorate the functions of the spinal cord and finish on the 22· 87· to stimulate the urinary system and promote final elimination.
Together, these points form a complete and remarkably coherent detoxification formula, for a liver that regains all its vitality from within.

This time we develop with Yvan Binggeli — Dien Chan expert practising in Switzerland — a treatment plan «Blood detox». We refer to skin disorders, as the skin is most often the organ that most clearly expresses the accumulation of toxins. Dien Chan does not claim to treat pathologies

Blood detox in Dien Chan
This article presents a specific approach in Dien Chan, focused on blood detoxification to treat in particular skin problems.
The text structures the treatment by prioritising therapeutic listening and personalisation, affirming that the practitioner must adapt their gestures to the unique perception of each client.
The method proposes a precise protocol using multireflex tools to stimulate body and face zones linked to the elimination organs, such as the lungs and kidneys.
By combining physical stimulations and reflex point formulas, the ultimate goal is to transform the practitioner into a creator of treatments capable of promoting energy circulation and the purification of the body.
Additional tips
The liver does not complain until it is truly exhausted. Practise this treatment at the first signs (fatigue, dull complexion, heavy digestion, irritability).
Identify whether the liver is in a yin state (tired, cold) or yang state (overheated, irritable) to adapt your tool.
Combine the treatment with a high-quality, unprocessed diet and reduce sugar and alcohol, which are the liver’s enemies.
Frequently asked questions
Can the liver really regenerate with this treatment?
The liver is the most regenerative organ in the human body: even if three-quarters were removed, it would grow back. What facial reflexology does is stimulate its self-regulation functions before fatigue truly sets in. By addressing the brain from the reflex zones of the face, you awaken the 300 to 500 biological functions that the liver fulfils every day.
What are the signs that my liver needs a detox treatment?
Unexplained fatigue, yellowish or dull complexion, heavy digestion after meals, irritability or mood swings, bloating, lack of appetite and sometimes pain under the right ribs are signals to heed. In Chinese medicine, the liver is «the general of the armies» who ensures the diffusion of Qi and blood. When it is overloaded, the whole body suffers. This treatment can be practised preventively, from the first signs.
