Warm your feet and restart your circulation

The feet

Warm your cold feet to restart blood circulation and energise the body.

Recommended tools

anti-aging natural face roller - Double mini yang ball

Double mini yang ball nº307

Warmth and circulation to awaken cold feet with the double mini yang ball nº307.
Begin by rolling the double mini yang ball over the calves then the ankles for at least three minutes per foot. This step is fundamental: by stimulating blood circulation from the lower leg, you prepare the ground before working the feet themselves.

Then move to the top of the foot with the same gentleness and regularity. The skin there is often very fine — the simple weight of the tool is quite sufficient.
If you can tolerate it, a few passes under the sole of the foot will complete and amplify the benefits of the treatment.
Its real horn studs energise the microcirculation in depth and progressively warm up extremities that simply lacked the energy to warm themselves.

natural beauty face massager - Yin-yang roller

The Yin-yang roller

Reflexology and warmth to consolidate the treatment from the face with the Yin-yang roller nº206.
After the body work, it is time for the facial reflex step that consolidates the effects from the face.
Roll the small yang ball of real horn over the entire chin in regular back-and-forth movements (the chin is the reflex zone of the feet according to the Dien Chan map).
This gesture directly addresses the brain to improve blood circulation to the extremities. Simple, precise, remarkably coherent.
Other reflex zones also correspond to the feet, notably the glabella (the space between the eyebrows). Roll the tool there at least one minute with light pressure and fluid gestures to further amplify the benefits of the protocol.
Two small zones on the face — and the feet begin to regain their natural warmth.

face reflexology massage instrument - Yang health ball

Yang health ball nº432

Comfort and sleep to close the treatment gently with the yang health ball nº432.
To consolidate the benefits of the previous steps and care for one’s feet daily, the yang health ball has become the indispensable bedside companion.
At bedtime, roll it under each foot between the sole and the mattress. The first times, the sensation may surprise you (no need to press).
But very quickly this gesture becomes an anticipated ritual: it energises blood circulation at the very moment the body prepares to regenerate, and remarkably improves sleep quality.
Our travelling students never leave without it. Changing beds often disturbs the first nights — and the yang health ball has become their indispensable travel companion to find their sleep wherever they are.

The text structures the treatment by prioritising a yang dynamic to counter diffuse pain and internal cold, using specific massage tools and facial reflex zone stimulations.
The aim is to offer a complete protocol — from initial stress management to teaching the patient treatment autonomy — in order to provide lasting relief without relying exclusively on medication.

Additional tips

Practise this protocol in the evening before going to bed to start the night with warm feet. The cold that sets in when falling asleep disturbs sleep and slows recovery — better to prevent it from the start.
To maintain body warmth throughout the day, the 12 morning reflexology movements are an ideal complement to integrate into your morning routine.
Work the chin, which mirrors the extremities, and give your feet the care they deserve.

Frequently asked questions

Why are my feet always cold, even in summer?

Permanently cold feet often indicate an energy deficit at the kidney level or poor capillary circulation. Facial reflexology works on both dimensions by simultaneously stimulating the reflex zones of the kidneys and adrenal glands on the face.

Can this protocol help with Raynaud’s syndrome?

Facial reflexology can help attenuate the symptoms of Raynaud’s syndrome by improving circulation and vasomotor regulation. For severe forms with whitening of the fingers, medical follow-up remains indispensable. Use this protocol as a complement.
